Terms of Use

These terms govern access to and use of the MarketMind platform. Please read them carefully before using the service.

This translation is provided for convenience. In case of any discrepancy, the Italian version prevails.

1. Acceptance of the terms

MarketMind is a service operated by Sabrina Maria Teresa Molteni, sole proprietor of the business of the same name.

By accessing MarketMind, creating an account, or using any feature of the platform, you fully accept these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the service.

2. Description of the service

MarketMind is an information and education platform that uses artificial intelligence to explain economic, financial, and geopolitical events, highlighting cause-and-effect relationships between economies, companies, sectors, and markets. The service includes interactive exploration tools, relationship maps, text analyses, and simulated scenarios.

3. Registration and account

Access to certain features may require creating an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data provided during registration and for the confidentiality of your login credentials. MarketMind reserves the right to suspend or close accounts that use false information, violate these terms, or show fraudulent or abusive behavior.

4. Permitted and prohibited use

You agree to use the platform fairly and in compliance with the law. The following is expressly prohibited:

  • Using the service for illegal, defamatory, or discriminatory purposes.
  • Carrying out activities that could damage, overload, or compromise the operation of the platform.
  • Systematically extracting, copying, or downloading generated content to build competing products or services without authorization.
  • Sharing login credentials or allowing third parties to use your account.
  • Publishing, uploading, or distributing unlawful or offensive content, or content that violates third-party rights.

5. Intellectual property

All content, software, trademarks, logos, and materials on MarketMind are the property of MarketMind or its respective licensors, unless otherwise indicated. You may use the content generated by the platform for personal, non-commercial use. Any reproduction, distribution, or modification of content for commercial purposes requires written authorization.

6. Financial disclaimer

MarketMind is an information and education platform. It does not in any way constitute a financial, investment, or trading advisory service.

The analyses, explanations, and content generated by artificial intelligence are for educational and informational purposes only. They do not represent personalized recommendations to buy, sell, or hold financial instruments. Investment decisions are the sole responsibility of the user, who should always consult a qualified professional before taking any financial action. MarketMind and its operators are not liable for any losses or damages arising from the use of the information provided by the platform.

7. Limitation of liability

MarketMind strives to keep the platform available and functioning, but does not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MarketMind is not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from access to or use of the service, including, by way of example, loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, even if MarketMind has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Suspension and termination

MarketMind reserves the right to suspend or discontinue access to the service, in whole or in part, at any time and for any reason, including violations of these terms, requests from authorities, or technical needs. If the user closes their account, personal data will be processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to the terms

MarketMind may update these Terms of Use at any time. Changes take effect from the date of publication on the platform. Continued use of the service after the publication of changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We invite you to check this page periodically.

10. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Italian law. For any dispute relating to the interpretation, performance, or breach of these terms, the competent court will be that of the consumer user's place of residence or domicile; for non-consumer users, the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Milan is agreed.

11. Billing, subscriptions, and refunds

Payment for the MarketMind PRO subscription is handled and processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd, our authorized reseller (Merchant of Record). Paddle takes care of billing, collection of applicable VAT/taxes, and appears as the seller on the customer's bank statement and receipt.

The subscription renews automatically at the end of the chosen period (monthly or yearly) until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the "Your profile > Subscription" page: cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period already paid for, with no further charges afterward.

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have a right of withdrawal within 14 days of subscribing without needing to give a reason, unless you have expressly requested and accepted the immediate start of the digital service, thereby waiving that right once the service has been fully used, in accordance with applicable consumer protection law. Refund requests are handled according to Paddle's policy as the reseller, available at paddle.com.

12. Contact
